LONG 1

Start facing the first opponent in a square horse stance. Hands are held in the weapon shield position.

1st Opponent - 2 Right and 1 Left Punch - Step back left angled soft bow, turn to a horse stance. Right inward block, turn hard bow to the right. Left reverse punch, turn to a horse, right inward block. Chamber the right hand. Dancer the right foot behind the left, turn to a horse, left inward block. Turn hard bow to the left, right reverse punch. Chamber the right hand, step up right to a horse facing the first opponent.

2nd Opponent - Right and Left Punch - Right parry, left outward as the right hand chambers. Chamber the left hand, as you turn to a hard bow facing the left. Right reverse punch. Turn to a horse and chamber. Dancer left behind the right foot toward the third opponent. Left parry, turn to a horse as you do a right outward block. Turn hard bow to the right, left reverse punch, retract the left arm and do an elbow to the third opponent as you turn to a horse. Chamber. Do a right small adjustment.

3rd Opponent - Right and Left Punch - Right parry, left upward as the right hand chambers. Turn hard bow facing the left. Right reverse punch. Turn back to a horse and chamber. Dancer left behind the right, left parry, turn to a horse, right upward block. Turn hard bow to the right, left reverse punch. Turn to a horse and chamber.

4th Opponent - Right and Left Kick - Cover right hand on the chest and left hand on the groin. Step up left horse facing the third opponent. Right downward block as the left hand chambers. Turn hard bow to the right, left reverse punch. Turn to a horse, cover left on top of the right. Dancer right foot behind the left. Turn to a horse stance. Left downward block. Turn hard bow to the left, right reverse punch. Swing the right arm down, step up left foot to face the first opponent in a horse stance. Bow out as the hands come up in the weapon shield position.


TRADITIONAL LONG 1 (PARKER METHOD)

Start facing the first opponent in a square horse stance. The hands are held in the weapon shield position.

1st Opponent - 2 Right and 1 Left Punch - Step back left angled soft bow, turn to a horse stance. Right inward block, turn hard bow to the right. Left reverse punch, turn to a horse, right inward block. Chamber the right hand. Dancer the right foot behind the left, turn to a horse, left inward block. Turn hard bow to the left, right reverse punch. Chamber the right hand, step up right to a horse facing the first opponent.

2nd Opponent - Right and Left Punch - Right parry, left outward as the right hand chambers. Chamber the left hand, as you turn to a hard bow facing the left. Right reverse punch. Turn to a horse and chamber. Dancer left behind the right foot toward the third opponent. Left parry, turn to a horse as you do a right outward block. Turn hard bow to the right, left reverse punch, retract the left arm and do an elbow to the third opponent as you turn to a horse. Chamber. Do a right small adjustment.
3rd Opponent - Right and Left Punch - Right parry, left upward as the right hand chambers. Turn hard bow facing the left. Right reverse punch. Turn back to a horse and chamber. Dancer left behind the right, left parry, turn to a horse, right upward block. Turn hard bow to the right, left reverse punch. Turn to a horse and chamber.

4th Opponent - Right and Left Kick - Cover right hand on the chest and left hand on the groin. Step up left horse facing the third opponent. Right downward block as the left hand chambers. Turn hard bow to the right, left reverse punch. Turn to a horse, cover left on top of the right. Dancer right foot behind the left. Turn to a horse stance. Left downward block. Turn hard bow to the left, right reverse punch.

4th Opponent - Six Punches - Do three inward blocks starting left, right, left. Dancer left behind the right, do three inward blocks starting right, left, right.

2nd Opponent - Three Punches - Adjust left leg forward and do three parry outward blocks. Dancer right leg behind the left and do three parry outward blocks. Chamber. Do a left small adjustment.

3rd Opponent - Three Punches - Do three parry upward blocks. Dancer right leg behind the left and do three parry upward blocks. Adjust the right leg forward.

1st Opponent - Six Kicks - Do three downward blocks. Dancer left leg behind the right. Do three downward blocks. Adjust left leg forward to square horse stance.

1st Opponent - Punching Set - Do three low straight arm blocks starting left, right, left. Do three low hammer fist strikes starting right, left, right. Do three downward palm blocks starting left, right, left. Do two reverse punches to front, starting right, left. Do two reverse punches to 45 degree angles to front starting right, left. Do two reverse punches to sides starting right, left. Do two uppercuts to the jaw straight up. Bow out as the hands come up in the weapon shield position.
