MISSING BELT TECHNIQUES

1. THRUSTING LIMB - YOUR RIGHT FRONT SNAP KICK IS GRABBED

Bring both of your hands up in front of your centerline, drive a right kick into the opponent's abdomen (the opponent grabs your kick). Drive a right thrust kick into the stomach to drive the opponent away and release the grab.

2. SWEEPING BRANCHES - TWO OPPONENTS

(Double shoulder grab from the sides) Step back right hard bow, double wrap around to the opponent's arms, step up right hard bow, double inverted punch upward to break the arms, double backfist to the ankles, hook and sweep backward against the ankles, raise up to a right crane stance, grab the opponent's heads and pull them into the right knee, set right leg back to a fighting stance.

3. BENDING THE LIMB - RIGHT HAND WRIST GRAB

(Opponent grabs you with his right hand) Left pin the opponent's hand, circle your right hand over his arm and pressure his wrist, step back right into a soft bow as you force the opponent down. Turn to a Chinese bow facing the rear and pull the opponent into a left elbow to the ribs and a right four finger eye shot simultaneously as you turn to a horse stance

4. TURNING THE HANDLE - STEP THROUGH LEFT PUNCH

Step up right into a horse stance, do a right inward block as left covers the face. Do double open hand sweep to the punching arm. Drive the arm down as your right foot sweeps behind the left leg in a right to left motion. Drop your left leg back behind the right into a dancer step. The act of sweeping the leg and arm force the opponent to the floor as you strike straight down with a double backfist to the chest and face.

5. FALLING HAMMERS (AB) - RIGHT PUNCH

A) (For a step through right punch) Cross the right leg to 10:30 to a hard bow, do a brush parry beginning with the left hand. Shuffle the right leg to 12:00 between the opponent's legs and you do a right side hammerfist to the floating ribs on the right side of the opponent's body.

B) (For a right boxer punch) Cross the right leg to 10:30 to a hard bow, do a brush parry beginning with the left hand. Shuffle the right leg to 12:00 between the opponent's legs into a soft bow facing 6:00 as you do a right inverted hammerfist to the opponent's groin. Do a right inverted grab to the groin and pull up into a right rising elbow the opponent's chin. The left hand covers the facial area throughout the technique.

6. THE LOCK (AB) - RIGHT PUNCH

A) (For a step through right punch) Step up with the left foot to a horse stance, do a left smother block to force the opponent's punch downward. Turn to a hard bow facing the opponent as you do a left backfist to the left side of the opponent's head. Follow with a right whipping backfist to the opponent's temple.

B) (Right boxer punch) Step up with the left foot to a horse stance, do a left smother block to force the opponent's punch downward. Turn to a hard bow facing the opponent as you do a left backfist to the left side of the opponent's head. Follow with a right whipping backfist to the opponent's temple. Step up with the right leg to 12:00 into a hard bow as you do a right backfist, left whipping backfist combination.

7. CIRCLING ELBOWS - BEAR HUG FROM BEHIND ARMS FREE

Step right leg to 3:00 into a horse stance as you drive the elbows into the opponent's radial nerves. Extend the arms straight ahead and drive the elbows into the opponent's elbows to break the bear hug. Do a left "C" step followed with a left elbow and a right hammerfist to the opponent's stomach and chest. The act of stepping around with the strikes to the body will force the opponent to the ground.

8. FULL NELSON - REAR FULL NELSON

Step right leg to 3:00 to a horse stance, drive a left hammerfist into the opponent's groin. Do a left "C" step around the outside of the opponent's right leg drop back into a deep square horse stance. With the left hand grab the opponent's groin and rip up using the left elbow to strike the opponent's chin. Follow up with a right inverted hammerfist to the opponent's solar plexus.

9. ROCKING ELBOW - LEFT TO RIGHT WRIST GRAB

Step up right foot to 1:00, with your left hand counter grab the opponent's left wrist from the inside (your thumb will be on top of the opponent's wrist). Drive your right elbow and forearm into the opponent's left elbow to release the wrist grab as you maintain your own left grab on the opponent's wrist. Drive a right hammerfist into the opponent's groin, followed by a right backfist to the opponent's face.

10. REVERSE HAMMERLOCK - LEFT HAND GRABS RIGHT ARM LOCK

Step back with your left foot to 6:00 into a horse stance as you drive your left elbow into the opponent's left grabbing elbow. Drive a left hammerfist straight back into the opponent's groin.

11. ENCIRCLING ARMS (AB) - TACKLE

A) Dancer the left foot to 3:00 and pivot to a horse as your right hand chops down against the back of the opponent's neck. Drive a right inverted chop straight up into the opponent's throat.

B) Dancer the left foot to 3:00 and pivot to a horse as your right hand chops down against the back of the opponent's neck. Drive a right inverted chop straight up into the opponent's throat. Do a right wrap around to the opponent's left arm and drive an inverted punch forward to break the elbow. Grab the shoulders with both hands as you drive a left knee to the face.

12. RAISING THE STAFF - LEFT TO RIGHT WRIST GRAB

Step up right foot to 12:00 to a horse stance as you apply a right web hand to the opponent's wrist. Push the opponent's arms straight up into the air, release your left grab on the opponent's wrist and drive a left elbow into the top of the opponent's chest.

13. DIVIDED SWORDS - RIGHT PUNCH

Step up left foot to 10:30 to a horse stance, do a left inward block to the outside of the opponent's right punching arm. Turn to face 12:00 into a hard bow as you do a right elbow to the opponent's rib cage. Pivot to the right into a hard bow as you drive a right chop into the back of the opponent's neck at the same time you drive a left inverted chop to the opponent's kidney.

14. RAISING THE SWORD - HAND SHAKE

With you left hand counter grab the opponent's right hand with a web hand to the bottom of the wrist. Step up left foot to 12:00 into a horse stance as you lift the opponent's arms straight up. Release the grab on the opponent's wrist with your left hand as you drive a left elbow into the opponent's rib cage. Draw your left foot back to the right foot into a cat stance, and step forward with your right foot to 11:00 to the outside of the opponent's right leg into a horse stance. Drive a right elbow into the opponent's rib cage. Re-grab the opponent's wrist and do a right dancer step back to 6:00. Pivot to a horse stance and then throw a right spinning wheel kick to 12:00 to the opponent's groin.

15. WING BREAK - RIGHT SHOULDER GRAB

With your left hand pin the opponent's hand to your right shoulder as you step to left into a horse stance. Drive a right inward block into the opponent's left elbow to dislocate or break the elbow. Do a right "C" step around and in front of the opponent's left leg. Circle your right arm upward in a counter clockwise motion and grab the opponent's back from under the left arm. Pivot to a hard bow facing 9:00 as you drive the opponent to the ground using the left arm for leverage.

16. CIRCLE OF CHINA - GROUND ATTACK

(Right kick while you are seated on your left hip) Seated on the left hip push up to the left knee, do a double hammerfist strike to the attacking limb driving the strike to the left. Do a right inverted hammerfist to the groin. Pivot your body 180 to face 6:00 as you place both hands on the floor. Drive a left rear kick straight back to 12:00 to the opponent's groin. Stand up and cross out into a fighting stance.

17. BROKEN STAFF - RIGHT SHOULDER GRAB

Use your left hand to pin the left hand to your shoulder. Step up with your right leg to 12:00 into a hard bow. Throw a right chop to 3:00 into the opponent's throat. Step straight back with the right leg as you do a right wrap around to the opponent's left arm. Step up with the right leg into a hard bow as you drive a right inverted punch forward to dislocate the left arm. Throw a right whipping backfist to the back of the opponent's head, as the backfist retracts throw a right chop the throat.

18. CIRCLING SERPENT - RIGHT PUNCH

Jump to 9:00 into a left wheel kick position as the left hand does an open hand parry followed by a right outward block to the opponent's right punching arm. Drive a right wheel kick into the opponent's groin or mid-section. Set the right foot to 1:30 next to the opponent's right leg in a twist dancer stance. Drive a left wheel kick into the opponent's left kidney.

19. U PUNCH - TWO HAND FRONT SHIRT GRAB

Step up right foot to 12:00 into a horse stance as you drive a right inverted punch into the opponent's groin as you drive a left reverse punch into the opponent's face. Draw the right leg back to the left into a cat stance as you drive a left smother block down against the opponent's arms. Simultaneously drive a right front snap kick to the opponent's groin and a right inverted spear hand to the opponent's throat.

20. ROCKER - HANDSHAKE

With your left hand counter grab the opponent's left wrist with a web hand as you step up with the left foot to 12:00 into a horse stance. Extend both of the opponent's arms straight up into the air and then pull the opponent's arm down across your left bent elbow to break the opponent's elbow. Maintain the pressure on the opponent's elbow as you reposition your left forearm against the opponent's elbow. With your left foot step to 3:00 into a horse stance as you force the opponent down. Drive a left elbow to the opponent's head followed by a left elbow to the opponent's spine.

21. LEVELING CLOUDS - RIGHT PUNCH

Step up left foot to 10:30 as you do a left parry right wrist hook to the outside of the opponent's right punching arm. Drive a left inverted palm into the opponent's elbow to break the elbow. Drive a left backfist in a right to left motion through the opponent's rib cage. Drive a left whipping backfist in a left to right motion to the back of the opponent's head. Drive a left tiger claw in a right to left motion to the opponent's face. Pivot to a hard bow facing 4:30 as you drive a left palm into the opponent's elbow forcing him to the ground.

22. RETREATING PHOENIX - LEFT CHEST GRAB AND RIGHT PUNCH

Drive a right front snap kick straight ahead into the opponent's groin as you do a right inward block to the inside of the opponent's right punching arm (Your left hand will cover your stomach at the same time). Set the right leg back to 6:00 from the kick into a horse stance as you drive a left elbow into the top of the opponent's left grabbing hand. Turn to a hard bow facing 12:00 as you drive a right half fist into the opponent's throat.

23. FALLING HEEL - FRONT KNIFE ATTACK

(The opponent steps forward with the right foot) Drop to 9:00 on the left side of your body. Drive a right wheel kick to the groin. Hook the back of the opponent's right leg with your left heel as you drive a right wheel kick to the front of the opponent's right leg knocking him to the ground. Roll your body toward 12:00 as you complete one roll drive your left heel into the chest followed by a right heel stomp to the face.

24. OFFER OF DUST - BROKEN BOTTLE THRUST TO STOMACH

Jump straight back to 6:00 with your right foot into a horse stance. Using the inside of the right forearm to strike the opponent's wrist drive a left forearm into the opponent's elbow to break the elbow. Do a right dancer step to 12:00 and pivot to a horse stance as you force the opponent's elbow, drive a right knee into the opponent's right rib cage.

25. STRIKING MACE - RIGHT PUNCH

Step left foot to 9:00 into a cat stance, in a left to right motion do a left open hand parry block to the outside of the opponent's right punching arm. Step right leg to 1:00 into a horse stance behind the opponent's right leg as you drive a right palm into the opponent's jaw. Reposition your right hand onto the chest of the opponent as you pivot your body into a hard bow throw the opponent over your right leg using the right hand for leverage.

26. SWEEPING REEDS - RIGHT PUNCH

Step up right foot to 1:00 into a horse stance as you drive double open knife hand strikes into the opponent's right punching arm, drive a right chop straight ahead to the opponent's throat. With your left hand grab the opponent's wrist as your right hand grabs the elbow from the top. Reposition your right leg to 3:00 as you pull on the opponent's elbow to break it. With your left hand re-grab the opponent's wrist and do a right dancer to 6:00 as you force the opponent to the ground. Step left foot to 3:00 into a horse stance, as your right hand releases its grip on the elbow and re-grabs the opponent's chin from the right side of the opponent's head. Push down on the opponent's wrist and you pull up on the chin to break the wrist and neck.

27. THE THISTLE - SIDE HEADLOCK WHILE BEING DRAGGED

(As the opponent is pulling you forward) Take a few steps with the opponent as you drop to the inside knee, grind an eagle beak into the back of the opponent's knee as the other hand pins the front of the knee.
