Dragon Four Kata
  1. Begin facing the instructor with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
  2. Bow
  3. Step forward with your left foot into a hard bow stance.
  4. Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
  5. Kick forward with your right foot then set forward into a hard bow stance.
  6. Block down with your right hand in front of your right leg.
  7. Kick forward with your left foot then set forward into a hard bow stance.
  8. Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
  9. Punch forward with your right hand without moving your feet.
  10. Bring your right foot toward your left foot and put your feet together.
  11. Bow
